They were making a roof for the terrace. Director Vadim came to take measurements with his relative or brother. The first rain and water began to flow at the place where the roof adjoins the wall. It's impossible to get through, we arrived a month later, and after six months everything started flowing again. More calls to Vadim, ignored, and then finally answered with a cool explanation: "he doesn't work there and is not responsible for the work." The photos below show this Vadim.
