This was my first time visiting this clinic. I came in with a broken front tooth and no appointment. I was amazed! From the very first moment, I was met with such warmth and care. Despite it being my first time and my poor understanding of the language, the staff explained everything to me in detail, showed me what was happening, printed out all the necessary information, and made sure I understood every step. The staff are true professionals, polite, attentive, and incredibly gentle. disappeared. The entire team works like one big, friendly family. The clinic itself is clean, and comfortable. And most importantly, everything was done painlessly and with great care. I didn’t expect such a high level of service, especially without an appointment! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff of Mirasmile! I came in as a stranger with a dental emergency, and left feeling like a valued patient.

В данной поликлинике лечу зубы не в первый раз, лечил кариес, удалял зубы, удалял старые мосты, делал имплантацию. Все на высокопрофессиональном уровне! Очень доволен! Уж насколько боюсь стоматологического лечения, в эту поликлинику иду спокойно ))) Огромное спасибо врачам Гришину Тимуру Александровичу и Хамриной Надежде Алексеевне! Относятся к тебе прямо " с душой"! Поверьте, есть с чем сравнить ((( Администраторы девушки умницы,все расскажут,покажут,распечатают,объяснят! ))) Хотелось бы конечно как можно реже ходить в стоматологию, но если придется то только в Мирасмайл )))

Обратилась в клинику после беременности, так как достаточно много времени прошло с последнего визита и я стараюсь планово проходить осмотры и лечить недостатки на ранних стадиях. Понравился подход специалистов, а именно : в первую очередь сделали панорамный снимок зубов, что помогло врачу более детально изучить масштаб лечения. Сделали профессиональную чистку с ультразвуком и назначили лечение ещё двух зубов, по факту уже в процессе оказалось нужно лечь один. Никаких дополнительных услуг не навязывали и не придумывали "за что бы содрать денег", как иногда бывает. Всё честно. Доктор Лабазанов Гаджимурад Лабазанович (надеюсь правильно указала имя доктора 🙏 ) сделал всё достойно. Особенно порадовало : доктор проводит процедуру вместе с медсестрой, чего в других клиниках ни разу не наблюдала, озвучивает каждый шаг что будет делать и даёт дальнейшие рекомендации. Всё чётко по записи и по времени, так же предупреждают за день и непосредственно за несколько часов до визита. Уютный интерьер, всё чистенько, вежливый персонал. Однозначно по необходимости буду обращаться ещё. Спасибо 🤗
