I absolutely love training at Mir Pilates! I joined because of my lower back hernia and straightened cervical spine, and the instructors always adapt the exercises to my condition with great care and professionalism. I feel safe, supported, and challenged in every session. We always have an amazing workout, and I leave each class feeling stronger, more mobile, and pain-free. The studio has a wonderful atmosphere, the equipment is excellent, and everyone is so welcoming. As an international client, I also really appreciate how easy it is to communicate in English. Занимаюсь в этой студии уже второй год. Очень нравится состав тренеров. На групповой тренировке уделяют внимание каждому, корректируют, поправляют. Сама студия очень уютная и чистая. Расположение удобное.
