The first time we didn't get there, because the manager couldn't coordinate us in any way, we turned around and left without a mood. We got there the second time, the place was near the stoves, there was a barbecue, a gazebo, a toilet with wasps, but in general everything was fine and the crucian pecked :) The third time was the same, the fourth was at the second kind of congress, and you can't really get a feeder there. Small roach for fishing, no questions asked, the set is standard. This time we rented a house. The house itself is pretty, the territory is well maintained. There is a barbecue, but burnt out (it's a small thing, you can cook it). The campfire is good, but you can give more firewood for 15 rubles. We wandered through the forest and found more in 10 minutes) there is a shower and toilet inside the house, but it works well if the generator is turned on. Without it, it's better to walk big in the street. The interior of the house is beautiful and generally still in good condition. The lighting on the street is beautiful, but again you need to start the generator, and you don't really want to make noise. Pike takes from the boat and sometimes perch. Roach from the shore. There were 3-4 liters in the generator, and we took it for 2 days. Little or much is up to you to decide. In short, I have 5 stars, the place is cool, the fish bite and not small, but during the day, there are definitely disadvantages, but over the past 2 years it has been getting better. Fake it a little, set up the moments with a clear settlement (it was that we arrived at one gazebo, but it was busy, we waited an hour until they were released) and it would be fine in general. In any case, we'll be back, and feedback for the owner will definitely not be superfluous.

I want to leave my review about the Minichi, we rented a house with a large terrace (4-5. 09.2025) First of all, the advantages: nature, fresh air, a lake nearby (I can't say anything, yes, it's big), Minuses: as for fishing, I can say that I do not know how to fish if motorboats are driven without a break during the whole daylight hours (honestly, you feel like you are on the avenue), in two days we caught 4 crucians a little more than the size of a man's palm (and then only in the evening) A house (two beds), an ottoman, I don't know where we sell such furniture, just the boards are covered with cloth, my whole body ached in the morning (I would have known, I would have taken an inflatable mattress from home) , a shower (please note that we were charged +50p per day for hot water), the shower itself is just terribly small, in which the water almost does not drain ... there is a generator for two houses that runs out of water and provides electricity for two houses at once. On the first day, we somehow took a shower, because it was Thursday and there was no one in the neighborhood yet, but the next day, we just had to stand guard when the water reached us, because there were 4 adults and 4 children in the neighboring house I also really missed the washbasin on the street, just to wash my hands. Maybe these are not important things for some, but if you are interested in customers, and you put holiday houses around a pond, you should notice all the disadvantages of your business. Two stars, only for nature Let's go there again for a vacation, definitely not.
