We stayed in a mini villa in April, 2 adults and a child of 7 years old. We were greeted by the hospitable owner Maria. There are two loft-style villas on the territory. Which makes it possible to accommodate up to 8 people. And each one comes with sun beds, which are just a must-have for summer! Everything inside is very stylish, new and beautiful. Furniture, kitchen, Underfloor heating, TV, air conditioning, double bed, comfortable sofa bed, wardrobe, table, bathrobes, slippers, ironing board and iron. There is everything you need for cooking. Hob, refrigerator, sink, dishes, cleaning supplies. And what a beautiful outdoor terrace! A large slab table surrounded by trees, we really enjoyed having breakfast there, the weather allowed it)) There is even a barbecue where you can roast meat, vegetables or fish. The shower has a hairdryer, fragrant shower gel, shampoo, soap and, not least, toothbrushes, and not all hotels have them. You can immediately see how Maria cares about her guests. There is a market nearby. We walked to the sea in 12 minutes. The embankment is 15 minutes away. It is also not unimportant that you can visit the villa with small pets. If you are planning accommodation in Sukhum, I heartily recommend a mini-villa!

We stayed in one of the mini villas in September and were very satisfied with everything. Many thanks to the hostess, Maria, who creates this atmosphere of comfort and hospitality. There were three of us and there was enough room for everyone in the house, where there is a great big bed. With a good mattress and a sofa that unfolds and becomes a full-fledged sleeping place. The cottage has everything you need, a kitchenette with appliances and dishes, all individual accessories in the bathroom, towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided. You can use the washing machine for laundry. The area around the cabins is very well maintained, there is a sunbathing area with sun loungers, and an area for cozy gatherings with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee outdoors, there is a barbecue. The mini villas are located in a quiet and peaceful place, and at the same time in the central part of Sukhum, there is a market nearby, 12-15 minutes walk to the sea, many cafes and shops. The hostess Maria is very friendly, attentive, always in touch and ready to help with any issues. He will tell you where it is better to go, how to get there. Definitely, I recommend this place for accommodation in Sukhum
