The organization of excursions from the hostess Natalia turned out to be very convenient: you can choose the routes you are interested in and enjoy the beauty of Abkhazia. We were also pleased with the availability of homemade wine and fresh fruits, which can be purchased directly from Natasha. We had a rest at the Ranch guest house in July 2025 with our daughter and were satisfied! Location: The guest house is located in a quiet, picturesque and cozy place. It was very convenient for us, as we wanted to combine a relaxing holiday.It takes 10-12 minutes to walk to the beach at a steady pace. Rooms: Our room was clean, cozy and modernly equipped. The room had all the necessary amenities: a comfortable bed, Wi-Fi, a bathroom, air conditioning, a place where you can put your suitcases and hang your clothes. Service: Natalia, the hostess of the guest house, was very friendly and attentive.For a nominal fee, she organized meals for us (breakfast and dinner). Everything was delicious!Natalia also helped with the organization of excursions, which were cheaper than if ordered through travel agencies. Food: The guest house has its own small kitchen where you can cook on your own. General atmosphere: The guest house has a friendly and family atmosphere. It feels like home here, only much better. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We definitely recommend the Ranch Guest House to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back again!

We stayed with Natasha in August 2025. Private one-storey hotel, 7-8 rooms, accommodation for 2-4 people. Nice rooms with a very good renovation, excellent bathrooms, hot and cold water. Shower and toilet in the room. Conditioner. Mosquito nets on doors and windows. A secluded corner, away from the highway and the main street of the village. It's a beautiful garden, not shady yet, but it's only a matter of time. Shared kitchen, good refrigerators, clean, odorless. The lounge/dining room is equipped with air conditioning. And there is an outdoor recreation area. There is enough space for several cars, no carports, parking in the sun. There is a dog and cats on the property. The chickens are very cute in a separate pen. Laundry is paid separately, inexpensive. The hostess sells her compotes, juice, and some other goodies. Sukhum is 15 minutes away. The beaches are not equipped, but if you drive to Agudzera, you can already find canopies and sun beds there. There is even a sandy beach a few minutes away by car. Technically, there are shops in the village, but it's better to go somewhere to the market in Agudzera or to Shops in Agudzera or Sukhum.
