It's a great place. Well-maintained territory, descent to the Neman river (but the entrance to the river was stones and the water was dirty). Gazebo, barbecue area, sauna, sports ground (volleyball, football). The house has 4 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room on the 1st floor, and a playground for children in the basement. There is not enough mosquito net on the 2nd floor on the loggia (to ventilate) and blackout curtains on the skylights (so that the sun does not shine from 5 a.m.)
