The atmosphere is cheerful: the jocks are smiling, the newbies are trying, the coaches are encouraging so much that you feel like the hero of a movie. Dumbbells are heavy, but after a workout, the mood is light. Sometimes I think they put music on here specifically to make me pull the barbell faster. In general, if you want not only to get pumped up, but also to recharge with positivity, this place is perfect!
