After we agreed on the replacement of the sensor and the master received the money for the installation, it simply disappeared. We've been trying to reach him for a month to arrange repairs, but the phone is silent. No feedback, no explanation. I was pleased with the diagnosis, but the complete lack of communication at the stage of solving the problem and the loss of the master with money for the work (which he never completed) negates all the positive impression. He explained the essence of the problem, and the time for the master's arrival was set. On the day, 15 minutes before the appointed time, a specialist from this company called and said that the master could not arrive at the specified time, and suggested rescheduling it to another date. I agreed and rescheduled it, there were no problems, I got into the situation, so to speak. Then, on the appointed day, the specialist calls me again and says that the master is not working again. We rescheduled it again, even provided a choice for the master at what time you can arrive, we agreed to confirm the arrival time in a day. However, neither on the day nor on the agreed day, no one called. It's a disgusting attitude, it feels like either the company is on the verge of closing, or they're just looking for great repair deals.
