A huge disadvantage, first of all, of the administration. What is the reason for the lack of people in the hall? Terrible working conditions or low salary? Or incompetence in finding employees? First of all, I would like to note the absence of any actions on the part of the administration, how did you open the store without staff?! The staff themselves are also unprepared even for the basic moments of communication with customers, but if the administration employs 2 people for the entire store, employees can also be understood. There are always 2 sides to a situation, and each may be wrong, but it would be nice to understand and solve the problem, rather than just punishing employees. There are departments that clearly do not require consultants, but there are professional ones (electrics, paints, etc.) . First, I myself did not find a single consultant in the store on the first round, then I turned to the cashier, who sent me to the hall to re-search. After finding an employee, I politely asked who could help with the search for a primer (the employee was busy laying out the goods, he was NOT hanging around), so I'm inclined to believe that too many tasks were assigned to a couple of employees and I doubt that they somehow compensated financially. The employee just said the primers were there, when I said that I needed a consultation and I did not know which primer would suit me, there was no reaction (you could at least come over and try to help) there is also a question, if the store has UNIVERSAL employees, they should be trained in assortment, at least, or professional departments should have their own consultant. I spent at least 20 minutes in the store trying to figure out on my own with Google whether the primer I found would fit my surface. I decided to take it, I had no choice. At the checkout, when I demanded a book of complaints and suggestions, the cashier immediately became alarmed and began to try to understand the situation, looking at the primer, she said that it was more likely for concrete (it was very liquid like water, I had MDF cut to order, I'll explain later what the clarification was), while the cashier was trying to figure out the queue had gathered and I didn't feel comfortable detaining people, so I told the cashier about it and based on her assumptions, I still refused, deciding not to take any chances (20 minutes to waste). The cashier continued to serve the customers without providing the book. Next, I went to the guard with the same question, "please provide a book of comments and suggestions." The guard left, returned a couple of minutes later and asked to wait a few more minutes later, the same consultant came up and tried to understand the situation in order to avoid writing comments and suggestions in the book. While we were walking with him to the right department and discussing the situation of why I needed the book, to which I replied that I would like to convey to the management the nuances of unorganized work, they explained to me that the organization would not have problems. Unfortunately, in many places this is how it is solved, the employee is immediately to blame, so I write everything in detail and describe the shortcomings of each side. As a result, after looking at the primer, he also tended to the fact that it was too liquid and rather for concrete. He could not provide a primer for wood, because it was not in the assortment + an employee of a non-specific field and was not aware of the selection of these products. While we were walking to the place and having a dialogue, the employee tried to explain himself, and I tried to convey the essence of my situation, which in the end the employee understood and agreed why the consultation was important to me. I had a surface ordered to order, for the money and time to manufacture (MDF, it can get wet, also the surface needed to be treated with high quality for operation (kitchen element) I needed a consultation in order to color according to technology and not spoil the element. When I explained this and asked a simple question, that without getting a consultation at all or getting an incorrect one, which would lead to the MDF getting wet and spoiled, who would be responsible for this situation? Of course, if I had just bought something myself that didn't fit, the problems would have been mine, so in specific departments we need a consultant who is able to help the buyer with the question of the products being sold. Also, in an attempt to justify the situation, the opinion was heard that this was a self-service store. If it had been designated as a self-service store, I would have immediately gone to the one where they could provide advice, and not waste time, considering that it was the consultation that I needed. Bottom line: if a self-service store, it should be designated as such (question to the management) Disadvantages of the manual: - the work process and the number of employees are not smoothed out. - employees are not trained in the basics (provided that there are not enough employees, the available ones should have information for consultation, as well as encouragement if they do the work for several people) - in relation to employees, it is wrong to give a couple of people to clients without proper knowledge and time to consult. When there are 2 people in the hall and they are torn apart all day for a consultation that they cannot give, it's really a pity for the staff and you can understand why they don't show attention and initiative somewhere. Disadvantages of employees: - lack of engagement in direct communication. Since you have chosen to work in such an unorganized place, please be involved when you are approached, at least try to come up and help you figure it out, even if in the end you will not succeed, you will show this attempt. I am writing all this in a review, since the complaint book was not provided to me, the wish is rather not about the complaint, but about the attention of higher-ups to where it is really worth putting things in order so that the store has customers and employees want to work in this place and work with dignity. I will return to this store only if I need to purchase something simple and understandable and will not be able to go to another one. IF YOU NEED ADVICE, THIS store IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOU! I wish to change for the better and not to blame anyone, but to understand and start correcting my problem. My review is not the only one, and that's saying something.

The administration is unable to arrange shift work for cashiers. People have to wait in line for who knows how long. The receptionist is probably busy with her phone, she can't see what's going on in her store.

A terrible store on Nikiforova 51. I came today, at 9.04 a.m. to choose a light bulb, there are no consulates, I called the consulants through a woman alone, waited for 30 minutes, as a result, no one came out, thank God, the man helped who chose the goods for his house!!! We come to the cashier, check the light bulb, to which the cashier replies I don't know anything, I tell her where the consultants are, she replies they quit!!! Boorish attitude!!! Please take action!
