Due to the large area of the store, we couldn't find the right product ourselves. We asked the girl sitting at the counter where we should go. We got an approximate referral and went to look for it on our own. I couldn't find the product again. We approached another girl, got a slightly different direction, but we couldn't find her either. It was only after the third visit to the consultant and a request to stand up and show where the stoppers were, that we managed to find what we wanted. Next, we approached a consultant in the wallpaper department and asked about the availability of a specific glue, naming several forms. We also got an approximate direction: "go ahead, turn the corner, and you'll find it somewhere there." As a result, the direction was indicated incorrectly and we found the glue ourselves after about 7 minutes of searching. Question. Why does a specialist sit in each department if he can't get to the right product and show us what we need, given that we were looking for specific products with specific characteristics? The next day we bought an ironing board. There was no price tag on it. I had to drag her to the nearest scanner, pick her up and find out the price. Next, we decided to ask where we could get a pump for inflating an air mattress. The only thing that caught my eye was the guard, who immediately pointed out the direction, got up without asking and followed us to make sure we found what we wanted. The store is not bad, the location is convenient, the assortment is large, but the attitude of the consultants left an unpleasant mark. The people who were nearby faced the same problem and scurried between the row as if they were in a museum.
