We stayed at this hotel for a few days and were very satisfied. The rooms are clean, cozy and well equipped. The staff is polite, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, the location is convenient — the main attractions and transport are nearby. The atmosphere in the hotel is comfortable and calm. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality! We will definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintances.

In principle, the hotel is very good, the rooms are new and cozy, everything a tourist needs is in the room, cleaning is done on time and every day. But it doesn't reach 4 stars because of unclear breakfasts. You will be given a menu to choose from, there is an English breakfast and a French breakfast, and two more porridges. But if you want a Kazakh breakfast, they don't have it in the morning. And in general, with four stars, breakfasts should be Buffets, and there should be a choice for vegans, meat eaters, and so on. There should be a variety And you wait half an hour for breakfast in the morning, because of this you were late for work. And there is no alcohol in the restaurant at all, not even beer! I had to buy nearby in Magnum. So I don't understand who gives these stars, the hotel doesn't reach four stars. Otherwise, I liked everything.

Overall, the hotel is a good hotel. Small. New. The rooms are fresh. The staff is attentive and helpful! Breakfasts for three, the assortment is meager. The problem with parking is if you arrive late, you will have to look for a place all over the area. But of course, all this is compensated by an acceptable price for accommodation. The price-quality ratio is generally consistent.

A wonderful hotel! Built with love. We got a very nice room. Everything is modern and new! Pleasant breakfasts, modern shower, smart toilet (almost like in Japan). There's a cool inexpensive fish cafe nearby. If this area suits you, I definitely recommend it.

One of the most lame hotels I've been to. Rude staff, breakfast is served for 30 minutes, it stinks of onions everywhere. Horror in one word.
