Due to a program failure, I was unable to apply for a discount, but no alternative solution was offered. Previously, employees always tried to help and find a way out of the situation, so visiting the store left only pleasant impressions. Unfortunately, today's experience turned out to be completely different. It is a pity that because of this attitude, my many years of positive experience ended on this note.
