The other day there was a situation " I paid for a purchase and started talking to a friend. We left the store slowly. After standing for 2 minutes, I notice that I forgot the product, and I return. There is nothing at the checkout. I ask the cashier, who silently takes my purchase out of the basket, behind the cash register, with a dissatisfied look, without saying a word. The situation is not entirely clear to me, despite the fact that she could say that I forgot the goods while we were slowly walking out." Extremely negative attitude towards customers!!!

Покупал товар . Кассир предложила воспользоваться дисконт-картой. Между мной и продавцом состоялся разговор: - у меня нет карты, есть приложение. подскажите, что нажимать, чтобы увидеть мой номер/штрихкод. Или по номеру телефона. - я не знаю , что в вашем телефоне нажимать. мне нужна только физическая карта. т.к. за мной образовалась очередь, и моя просьба была проигнорирована, то я сказал "пробивайте без скидки". ВОПРОС: прошу разъяснить мне обязанности кассира по данному факту - обязан ли он помочь покупателю воспользоваться дисконтом в данном случае? если "да", то прошу поощрить его за ответственную работу.
