I ordered and paid for 2 bottles of nail polish in the morning. I didn't receive a text message until the evening that the order was ready for delivery. I arrived at the store just before closing time. It turned out that no one knows about my order. We went to look for nail polish in the hall. There was only one bottle available. They promised to refund the money for the second one before the end of the same day. It's been half a month. The money was never returned. Phone calls to the call center and emails remain unanswered. My bank says that the money was debited and never returned. Think before you buy here.

The store is good (more expensive than the golden apple, but that's not the point). Minus two stars for today's situation. I wanted to buy face wash foam (photo attached), the price tag is 7.69. I took another face mask (for 1.4rubles) and at the checkout they told me that you would charge 12!! rubles'. I went and double-checked the price tag in case I had looked at the wrong place, but no, everything was correct, because this brand had only one foam (all the others were gels). All I got from the sales girl was, "Oh, they probably haven't had time to change the price tag yet. Will you take it?" thank you for being polite. But the sediment remained. So I shouldn't believe the prices in your store?)
