The cashiers did not know what to do, they said it was not a return payment and called Lyulevich Alexandra Mikhailovna for help, who refused to do anything. To say that they can't return the used pencil, it's not marketable anymore (although why resell the defect). I didn't have a receipt, but I know that by law the cashier has a second receipt for just that. If I had been given proof that this was not a marriage, or if I had been offered an alternative instead of being bullied, I would not have complained.
