Dear administration, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided by the consultant in Mila (Liana Andreevna Zaikovskaya). Unfortunately, her work leaves much to be desired.: She performs her duties unfairly and is unprofessional in dealing with clients. We have encountered rude and disrespectful treatment, which is completely unacceptable, especially for people who are not locals and expect at least a minimum level of politeness and competence.
