We contacted them a couple of times and there were no complaints, but the last case changed everything. I arrived with a malfunction of the power steering system - the high-pressure tube burst, all the liquid leaked out. They said they would do it without problems, they have a used tube available (they sniffed it, by the way, at the price of a new one) and considered the GUR liquid 1.5 times more expensive than the market, and they also wanted to keep a third of the rest of the jar for themselves, until I asked - well, okay. They seemed to have done it, they said everything was working. It works, but with every turn of the steering wheel, there is now a whistle that specifically hurts the ears, and, of course, which did not exist before. We came back, explained that we were not satisfied, but the station staff disowned us - they said, they say, you traveled by car without power steering fluid and now you may have problems with the pump, so now it is whistling, but they had nothing to do with it - in general, they wanted to put noodles on your ears, redo the work. they didn't want to, they refused to return the money. We went to another station, told them everything as it was - so they immediately said that it was all about an unoriginal tube and set to work with confidence - and so it turned out! The guys did the same job, but with their own pipe - everything works fine, as it was before, without whistling. We went back to them, explained that it was all about a bad tube that they had installed, but they still did not agree with this - they refused to return the money for the work (although they took their "wonderful" homemade tube and agreed to return the money for it). The result is money for poorly done work (or with your own substandard spare parts, whatever you want to call it) they didn't return it, but we will go to the end, we will go to court. By the way, another station was surprised that in this obvious situation they refuse to return the money and promised that they would help resolve this issue, even if the case goes to court.

I do not recommend a divorce for money!!! I turned to this service station for computer diagnostics, as the car issued an error and put the engine into emergency mode. At the service station, I was immediately told that if your particulate filter is cut out, then there is a high probability that the car is stitched with a curved firmware that does not save engine errors. After connecting the PC, they said that there were no errors and the reason was the crooked firmware, you need to re-flash the firmware of the brains and then reconnect the PC and diagnose what the problem is. And they took 30p for such a diagnosis. I would not be surprised if there was initially not a professional program. When I was there, they called the person who is engaged in interrogations and announced the cost of 165p. After that, it was agreed the next day at 10 a.m. the arrival of a man and me to interrogate the brains of the car. The next day, a man let's call him "Valera" who should ask for the car appeared an hour and a half late. Getting into the car, connecting the equipment, he tells me - I will sew for you, but it will not help you, to my surprise and the question of how it will not help, he replied that yesterday he told the master on the phone from the service station that it would not help. And he assured me that it was necessary to leave the car and that the masters would look for the reason for almost any poke. I immediately refused this service. But the most interesting thing is when I called the master who told me yesterday that it would help and this is almost the only way out of the situation, he said to Valera, well, if cooperation with the customer does not work at the initial stage, then it is not necessary.!!!! I was shocked, after which they walked away, whispered and went to different countries without coming up to me and not explaining anything. Here is such a service divorce out of the blue, after which they would still say to leave the car, we will look for it, but the firmware did not help. Avoid this service station and read the reviews of the Bad ones much more than the good ones, and this, and what does it say.
