I've been putting off writing a review for this hotel for a very long time :)) We went on vacation for 7 days in June 2025 . There were 2 pairs of us. Upon check-in, we were immediately offered a room with a surcharge for the best view. The guys agreed. They were placed on the 4th or 5th floor. We stayed on the 2nd floor. As a result. The view is the same, plus or minus, and the cleaning of the floors above suffers ...) The guys complained that they did not change their towels, even if they left them thrown on the floor. They were just picked up and hung back up))) Swans and other interesting figures made of bed linen and towels were left for us on the 2nd floor. There was also trouble with the cards, which did not work and did not open the doors...) as a result, our cards were changed and they could open any door ( we tried to open each other's doors ) Then I want to talk about animation. Very weak . I would like something more fun. We were offered to leave for the club after 23:00 , but we thought it would be better to spend the same money on an extreme excursion . 😁 The bartender personally took a personal dislike to me one of the first nights. He poured cocktails for a long time on purpose, ignored them, and generally behaved strangely. It happened after he raised his voice at me because I didn't understand exactly how to get in line. Of course I answered. Something like, "you don't need to raise your voice at me, it's enough to calmly answer me so that I understand." He didn't like this answer, and then there was this story. To be honest, I wanted to go to the administrators and complain about such an employee. But..) I regretted it :) God be with him ) Of the advantages : The food is very tasty and there is a lot of choice for me! A wonderful guide! We went on a guided tour without any problems. Then there was a hammam and massage at the hotel. Super! I really liked it! The hotel has 2 swimming pools. The one that is quiet, there are always more places there) That's where we mostly hung out. It's not that far to go to the sea.15-20 minutes at a steady pace. We took rubber closed slippers (aquashouses) with us. We went down to the sea from the pier. And the nice thing is that you could get beer and other drinks from the hotel for free right by the sea. You could also have a fast food lunch near the sea (also included in the price) . We never did it)) I didn't feel like it in the heat . We tried to get back to the hotel by lunchtime. Take a shower and come eat delicious food in peace . Grilled meat was served in the evening . The aroma from the restaurant wafted to our balcony an hour before dinner)) Just Wow! We were always full and satisfied)))

I didn't regret going to the seaside) The evening animation is great, there is a different program every day) delicious cocktails at the bar in the evening) "Michelle special" in particular) Of the disadvantages of the program, I can cancel the fact that it is very short, plus it was supposed to start at 21:00-21:30, but in fact it started at 22:00, and at 23:00 everything ends and the animators start inviting everyone to local clubs. I don't know how it turns out, but there are always sun beds near the pool, and there are always comfortable sun beds with umbrellas on the beach. My room is spacious, with good plumbing, and a balcony. The beds are comfortable. I read complaints about cleaning in the comments. It's not true, cleaning is every day. On the first day, my towels were too washed, after 2 days they were changed to good ones. Nutrition, ultra all inclusive. I've been to hotels where there's more choice of food, but everything here is really delicious and beautifully decorated! There are always 2-3 types of good meat, grilled fish, both red and trout. They are constantly being fed somewhere, tomorrow night from 2 to 6, late soup at 23 o'clock, snack bars, etc. Several bars, alcoholic drinks are only local, but as much as you want and without queues. During the day there is ice cream, delicious by the way and natural. In my opinion, I wrote everything. I read my review, it looks like it was paid for))) But I am writing this under the impression, on the day of departure. In general, I recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel :) we had a rest from July 1-7, arrived at 11 a.m., checked in from 14, but at 12 we were already given a room, good food, there are fish and meat every day, there are snacks (burgers, pasta, etc.) and ice cream after 15 hours, there is a cafeteria with cookies in the lobby. The staff is friendly and speaks Russian well (at the reception) There are two good pools, we played big and small tennis, and everything is very conveniently organized. Globally, I can't single out any disadvantages at all, but from what you should know in advance and what you might not really like.: From the sea and from the city, climbing uphill to the hotel is a bit difficult in the evening after an active day, but cardio is useful)) Access to the sea is only from the pier, as there are large slabs there. As for the food, I personally didn't have enough variety and meat. There are few dishes in the restaurant (I compare it with the previous hotels), perhaps the end of the season has affected. You can also take the same bus to Cleopatra Beach. 10€ for 2 sun beds and an umbrella. It saved our stay at this hotel. Bus ticket 60 lire.
