Mediocre service and operations. No one knows how to check stuff in their system. No fresh products in stock. Never!! Website is not updated properly. I have been waiting from certain products for a few months, yet on the website it used to show as “in stock”. Terrible store. I regret asking for a gift card from this store. They have 3 month expiry date, but they don’t restock during those 3 months so I can buy what I want. They seem like a total scam to me. Honestly, it’s a shame to be an “authorized reseller”, and have such a terrible service. So disappointing!

You buy goods on the website, with pickup, everywhere it says that it is in stock. You call them (they're not even yours, lol) - "the product is out of stock, will you wait at least two weeks or a refund?" The refund, according to them, is within 3 business days, 4 have already passed - I still haven't seen my money.
