Hi, everybody I've been going to this gym since February and I'm very happy! I am especially pleased that the coach gives new tasks and various exercises every day — training is never monotonous. The coach will always tell you how to perform the exercises correctly, monitors the technique, which is very important. Plus, the cost of a subscription is quite affordable, especially when compared with other gyms, where classes with a coach are much more expensive. And here, for a reasonable price, you get attention and a professional approach. I recommend it to anyone who wants to train effectively and with pleasure!

It has everything you need for both strength training and cardio. Coach Evgeny is qualified and experienced, he will make an individual training program. Everything is clear, competent and without unnecessary “water". The atmosphere in the gym is motivating, but at the same time friendly and not stressful — suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes.
