I ordered flowers more than once. Everything was fine. The third time, the bouquet was not fresh, and on the first day in the evening, some of the flowers began to fade. I wrote about it, and the workshop accepted responsibility and replaced the bouquet at its own expense. I give 5 stars for the service. I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't left with stale flowers.
