You could get a lot more stars if you knew how to value one important resource of your clients — time. There are good craftsmen, but I'll give one star so that the owner finally pays attention to what's going on with you. When signing up for 18:00, I would like to sit in the master's chair at this time, and not wait for more than 30 minutes. I have a small child and I calculate my time when I can go for a haircut. But instead of spending time with my family, I spend half an hour sitting in the waiting room. Dear salon owner, if your masters cannot handle 1 haircut in 20 minutes, then make fewer entries with more time, the situation is not repeated for the first time.
