Good service at the reception, clean room, high-quality cleaning every day without reminders , but DISGUSTING BREAKFAST ! It 's such a contrast to everything else ! Firstly , 2 times they came half an hour after the opening of the breakfasts and there was NOTHING ! The employee overslept, then ran around in a fuss, everyone waited patiently , we were late for the tour . Cheese , sausage laid out weathered, with some crumbs ... also flies … disgusting! Half of the juices - there are empty packages , there was never any coffee - every time they went to her room and asked her to start the coffee maker . Ran after her to bring forks .... Breakfast is the most disgusting I've ever seen. A wild contrast with the hotel itself

From 31.08 to 14.09.22 we decided to stay at the Merida hotel, 108 Mamed Araz str., Baku... I really liked the hotel.. the room is cozy, clean, a large comfortable bed., the bed linen and towels are snow-white (by the way, they change every day!) the bathroom is sparkling clean. Excellent cuisine, delicious and varied dishes for breakfast. I would especially like to mention the hotel staff - the highest quality of service: reception, accommodation, solving minor problems (if there were any) took place very smoothly, clearly and in the shortest possible time. They are polite, responsive and professionally literate people. Two weeks flew by with my husband like a flash. I really didn't want to leave.. we are looking forward to the next year to relax in this hotel again. Keep it up guys!!! Be always on top!!!
