Nice LCD. Not an anthill. The yard is normal. One of the advantages of this residential complex is its location. There is a Magnum nearby, within walking distance. There are also various cafes and fast food outlets. And the residential complex itself is located right next to the traffic police post, so this is a big plus from a security point of view. Unfortunately, in the commissioned blocks, all apartments were quickly sold out from the developer. We are waiting for the next queue.

I like the Lcd service. Sweet) the entrances are decorated for the holidays , repairs are still underway . I see improvements every time. There are no problems with water . The only drawback is that there is not a single grocery store in the residential complex.
