It's fear and dread. I issued it remotely for 5 days. I stopped by at night and was given a room on the 6th floor. I went in, there were cockroaches everywhere, and I said I wouldn't live here. They gave it to me on the 2nd floor, assuring me that everything is fine here. I came in cautiously, it seems to be normal. After half an hour, the bed bugs started running. I demanded a refund, but they refused. They gave me another room again, but I didn't care anymore, I went to a normal hotel. It was kind of not up to the photo, but I did a little. Don't repeat my mistakes!

Disgusting service. We were not registered at the reception for a long time upon arrival.The workers don't speak Russian, the English is crooked. As for the room, the wires from the wall in the bathroom, the room was not cleaned at all for 7 days, not to mention the bed linen.We were constantly asked which room we live in, the staff does not have the information.The walls are very thin, and the audibility is enormous. I don't recommend it, it's not even 2 stars.
