In principle, the hotel is not bad, the staff and vacationers are good and kind. But the problem is that we were settled where the toilet was flushed with a small trickle that you can't wash off, the shower was only either hot or cold, the average was only early in the morning or late at night if you're lucky. The food wasn't really one vegan menu. It's delicious, but in the beginning they made a blunder. In the middle of the rest, the authorities arrived and began to fix everything. You can skip breakfast. The sausage is not very tasty, cucumbers, tomatoes, two types of jam, bread, and cheese. But here it is for an amateur and for health reasons. Lunch and dinner are already tastier and a little varied. It's not far to the sea for 5-10 minutes. The entrance to the sea is very large pebbles, these are cobblestones. But in general, it's not bad to have a warm sea and a beautiful view of the mountains.

The hotel is terrible, there was never anyone at the reception, there were no messages about the transfer. The room was not cleaned once, they did not give out a towel, they handed over a dirty room, hot water stopped running every now and then or the toilet broke down. With the all-inclusive package, meals were provided by the hotel staff with 1 piece of cheese for each! and no more. People took food queues an hour before the start, so that they had enough food. The hotel staff invited third-party companies to "pair" excursions with the hotel guest. The hotel staff had scuffles with each other more than once. Electricity and water were turned off during your stay at this hotel. Of the advantages, one can only highlight the presence of an air conditioner in the room and Wi-Fi on site, although it works through due to the number of connected people. The room was absolutely not the one they were supposed to check into, many were put in other hotels altogether, and not the one in the photo. Guests from neighboring hotels came to our hotel for meals.

Don't come to this hotel for anything!!! The Biblio globus company settled in this hole on a package tour, although they booked a completely different hotel, with a different name, and so on!!! They refused to stop, they refused to fix the error, they only accepted "applications" and that's it! A complete nightmare - everything is as other users write: terrible stale food (rice and fried eggplant for dinner) complete unsanitary conditions in the rooms, nothing works, water flowed from the ceiling in the bathroom at night, the staff is rude and pretends that they do not understand Russian, in general, do not even think about staying there!!!! June 2024.
