It's a long way to 5, but the four are clear, the yard is well maintained and everything is done for people,there is a shower,toilet,TV, air conditioning in the room, we had 2 rooms, there was only 1 room, but we had enough,the kitchen is shared,under the big khanty there are 2 tables where you can have lunch or breakfast,a barbecue behind the house, there is no barbecue area I hope the hosts will make it over time, and I would have a good breakfast and you can put a five, it's not a bad guest house for Abkhazia, the hostess is trying, after five days they changed the bed linen and towels gradually, and did a wet cleaning

It is located near the sea and the train station next to a cafe. The territory is large, there is a kitchen, you can eat on site. Parking space. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are equipped with everything. The hosts are friendly, they come to the rescue in everything. I have been vacationing here for 3 years and I am very satisfied. Basically, I liked everything, the cozy courtyard, the room was nice, but the floor was very cold, there was no soap dish in the shower, there were no shelves in the shower, all accessories were placed on the sink. We were in June.

We had a rest in August 2024 in a two-room room. I liked everything. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The town is quiet and sparsely populated for a quiet family holiday. I took off one star for the lack of air conditioning in the second room and a soft mattress on the bed.

very nice owners. clean, bright, beautiful rooms, we took homemade wine from them - very good, if with food, then it's totally out of the question. the kitchen has everything you need, small kittens are running around the yard. I thought it would be a problem for me because of allergies - but no. if you stay in Gudauta, then only here. I hope I'll come back. the only thing was it was not very pleasant to walk from the bus stop to the room for the first time in the heat, but this is a very minor detail. Thanks for the rest!

The rooms are nice and clean. We booked in March, and everything was provided in August. The hosts are very friendly. Good transport accessibility. We looked at Mount Athos and the hot springs in Primorsky. And it's not far to the ritz. Pebble beach, close. There were almost no people, the border had just been opened.

The rooms are clean, the mattress is soft, there is a conditioner, there is a toilet brush BUT no soap dish ha ha! The kitchen is so-so (at the same time it is one for 8-10 rooms, you know that there are queues there in the morning)! And there is nothing to do in Gudauta at all, look at the map and see the stinky rivers, which means the dry land is provided!
