It is located right next to the old town of Tbilisi. At the exit from the hotel there is a square and all the carriages, tour mobiles and more. Among the disadvantages: A steep staircase to the reception and beyond, and then a staircase without a handrail. All the corridors are in ladders, here and there, even in the room we had 2 stairs))) Our refrigerator was not working (I checked the outlet, switched the power, to no avail). It's very noisy! Our windows overlooked the square and bards were singing and people were shouting there until nightfall (the crowd was under the window). The fact that those who leave early for an excursion or from the hotel that they can collect lunch boxes has not been heard here. Gone, your problem is that you're hungry. A taxi can be called at the reception, but you can do it yourself. The Mango app works in Georgia, it is an analog of Yandex, it only works in Georgia. Even the same account is suitable. Wi-Fi is weak, but apparently this is not a problem of the hotel, but in general. We charged roaming charges from the provider, and few places in Georgia have good coverage, mostly there is no connection. Wi-Fi is over the wire, but apparently the same situation and the connection is bad. Since this is a party center, it makes no sense to talk about cheap food, everything is very expensive. The staff is friendly, they speak Russian.
