We had a rest in late July and early August. We've read a lot of negativity. But! It must be clearly understood: the hotel is 1) urban, 2) budget. It is absolutely not glamorous here, but it is comfortable, calm, safe, and friendly. The hotel is perfectly located- the first line, the center is nearby. Someone's cottage and apartments are on the side, which reduces the noise by half. We just had a side view, we slept peacefully. Further along the promenade, hotels are generally "on top of each other." The beach is small, but it's the same all over the city. But it is fenced with flowering bushes. The food is not superabundant, but everything is fresh, tasty, not spicy. Everything is like at home- side dishes, vegetables, soup, salads, chicken, cutlets/meatballs, fish (trout! Twice a week) Great pastries, tortillas and pastry! No poisoning, no ailments...The building is tired, but wet cleaning of the building was seen daily, the staff performs their duties, albeit not ideally, but acceptable. Walk around the city, enjoy the sea and the sun, do not look for negativity. Thanks to the staff of Point Beach - we arrived on the negative side, and left with good impressions.

One disadvantage is that there are few sun beds on the beach, the solution is to come to the beach and take a sunbed until 7 in the morning or get a sunbed for the whole day on a nearby beach for one drink

The hotel has already been renamed Point Beach. It doesn't pull 4 stars. Meals for three are on a strict schedule and the choice of dishes is very small. Of the fruits for 10 days, there was only a watermelon. The rooms are not bad, but there are some with old furniture, who will be lucky. The beach is not bad, but the sun beds need to be occupied from 6 a.m. and then if you're lucky. The person watching the beach lives there and occupies half of the sunbeds himself, then sells these places for a tip. If the sunbed has been occupied, then you can not leave it for more than 1 hour. The observer can remove your towels and they will also be occupied by other vacationers for a tip. There is no animation in the hotel. The pool is an open-air puddle. The bar is open until 22:30. Unusual for hotels in Turkey. I do not recommend this hotel.
