The robot vacuum cleaner was delivered under warranty first through the store, returned with a refusal without giving an answer to the specified defects, so we decided to contact the service center directly. They did not give a correct answer, were rude and did not want to resolve the issue peacefully.

Do not expect to receive a marriage certificate right away. According to the law, they take only repairs under warranty.
