I placed an order on my mobile phone. He said on the phone that a cash receipt would be needed. The next day, I called the courier and repeated to him to check the availability of the cash receipt (not the product receipt). As a result, an hour after he was supposed to arrive, I called him back to find out what and how. And I heard that the courier had forgotten about me and they didn't give him the check. He sent me to deal with the store. On the phone, the operator refused to give any information, said she would call back. We have been "waiting" for the call for 5 days now... It is very interesting how they sell the goods and refuse to issue cash receipts as proof of purchase.

Disgusting! MEGAnenadezhny store and its employees! They don't call back on requests from the website, they ignore my incoming calls! I ordered delivery of a Huawei Pura 70 pro mobile phone on 05/29/2025, we agreed on delivery at 18:00-22:00. As a result, nitko did not come and did not call, they did not even try to postpone the delivery date and push this non-delivery blunder into force majeure. After that, they ignore me through the website and don't pick up my phone number. They also said that they ONLY pay in CASH, which violates the Law and my right as a consumer to make payments using a bank card. This already casts doubt on the uncorrected operation of this online store! They let me down, they really let me down. I planned to shoot a 30.05 video of the graduation of a child at school with a good video camera! The service is zero, I would have given you a minus point! I wish your store and its employees mutual respect for people!
