I do not recommend taking repackaged cookies. The expiration date doesn't match what's inside. I bought cream tubes, the sticker "MADE on 21.01", but in fact they are oak, they taste old, the cream inside has gone bad. We also took marmalade, the expiration date did not match either, the marmalades were hard and dried ... In this store you can only take products in their original packaging, but look carefully at the dates!

While shopping at the Mega supermarket at 200 Metallurg Avenue, I encountered an extremely unpleasant service. Firstly, they do not provide packages for products here. The cashiers shamelessly offer to carry the purchases in their hands, while responding: "This is not our problem, we should have bought the package in advance and come with our own." This attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. The administration, apparently, does not see the problem and does not take any action, which leaves customers without support and causes irritation. Secondly, the quality of the prepared food leaves much to be desired. The potatoes and mushrooms I bought were raw and chewed like an apple, an obvious lack of food and a violation of cooking standards. For that kind of money, expecting a normal product is an elementary right of every buyer. This experience is a good reminder that saving on small things and indifference to customers can completely ruin the impression of a store. I hope that the management of Megi will pay attention to these problems and begin to really take care of customers, rather than ignore their needs. I do not recommend buying products from such sellers.

Such an irresponsible attitude towards customers only causes irritation and distrust. People are forced to drop their purchases and hastily look for stores where they can buy packages — a complete failure in customer service and care. The administration seems to be completely ignoring these situations, which only makes the situation worse. Secondly, the purchased ready—made food - potatoes with mushrooms — turned out to be completely unusable: the potatoes are raw and tough like an apple. This quality of products is unacceptable for a customer who relies on fresh and safe goods. I recommend that the management pay attention to the service and quality of the product. Clients should feel cared for and respected, and not be left with dissatisfaction and disappointment. I hope that my review will serve as a signal to improve the situation.
