I'm disappointed, a little over a year ago we installed a door with a smart lock. I liked the lock in use, you don't have to carry keys with you, open the door remotely and see who came and rang the bell through the app. About two months ago, the lock started to turn off on its own and I got into an unpleasant situation by staying outside the door with the child and going to get a set of keys in the car (there is a lock in the lock that can be opened with a key in case it is discharged or disconnected like mine), but it is very inconvenient to use you have to tilt the handle and open the window with a very flimsy, inconvenient key. Well, according to the instructions, I removed the panel and took out the battery, charged it and hoped that the lock would reboot and start working. I contacted the warranty company, as I was advised by a private service center, and they asked me to take a video of the lock. Next, they redirected me to the company that supplies them with these locks, where I learned that 1. the door is difficult to open because the tab is not adjusted and it sometimes jams; 2.the door manufacturer and installation company does not install a counter bar, which may affect the operation of the lock. The employee informed me that a master would come under warranty, inspect everything and replace the battery and the panel with the screen under warranty, and that they had the same lock available for replacement. We waited a week for him to arrive because they didn't have him available. The husband adjusted the tongue himself and the door began to open effortlessly and smoothly. The master said that the panel with the screen was not a warranty case, because due to the fact that I often and many times took it out, one contact fell off and the camera stopped working, but this would not affect the lock in any way, the battery was replaced under warranty, no lock diagnostics were performed. Everything worked for us for almost a month without failures, and now it has turned off again and it is impossible to use it normally, when the issue is resolved and whether they will send us the wizard, they do not give an answer yet.
