I visited this pharmacy today. Anastasia Filippovich politely greeted the pharmacist and began to explain her situation (I am treating helicobacter, it so happened that I bought a complex of pills in Moscow and stayed in Minsk for 2 days, but the pills ran out, you can not skip treatment for more than one day). To which the employee silently continued to count the cash register without looking up, even though there were 40 minutes left before the pharmacy closed. After some time, she raised her eyes and looked at the list of pills that I showed her and replied, "Go to Moscow, prescription pills and this is not my problem." Of the entire list, one of the three pills was prescription, but she did not offer this option, but said that everything was prescription-based and showed her indifference with her whole appearance. At a nearby pharmacy, they sold me non-prescription pills (ospamox and omeprozole) without any problems. This is the first time I have come across such an incompetent employee who not only spoils the mood of the customer, but also prevents the pharmacy from making a profit. I ask you to take some measures, as I am sure that this is not my first case.
