The situation happened to my loved one. The staff's attitude towards patients leaves much to be desired. We made an elementary request — to conduct a course of ivs (2 in total). They put the first one on, left, and never showed up again. When the IV ran out, none of the staff came to check, so I had to close the system myself. During the 10-15 minutes of waiting, no one came, so the loved one had to call his family so that they would come and ask the doctor to continue treatment. The doctor connected a second IV and left again. The situation repeated itself: the IV ran out, there was no staff nearby, and I had to wait about 10 more minutes. This time, my loved one turned off the system himself, as he no longer had the strength to endure. If the patient does not have an accompanying person who will constantly call the staff, this can be critical in an emergency situation. Therefore, I would not recommend such a clinic.
