She says that I am not an expert and I need to have an education to understand it, while the consultation costs 1,500, during which I did not receive the information I needed. He just silently writes out a referral for paid tests at the Pasteur laboratory, which I absolutely do not need. During the recording, the actual amount of procedures is not mentioned, then they are confronted with the fact. I came from another city, paid 3,500, and as a result, I received nothing but arrogant treatment and rudeness for my time, nerves, and money!

Kutsenko's "Doctor" is a real charlatan: there was no proper examination, he looked at 2 moles under a microscope, without saying that an additional fee was charged for this. I wrote out appointments for tests, and that was the end of the consultation for 2500 rubles. Plus, at the reception, they told me that, since they were looking at moles, +3800,, that is, 6300 ₽ for non-consultation. At the same time, completely different prices for services are indicated on the institution's website. I said that, they told me to go to the doctor. I said once again that I had not been warned about paying for a separate examination under a microscope. He told me to give appointments for tests, then tore them up and shouted "get out of the clinic" and that I was blacklisted. (Thanks, but I'm not going there anymore.)
