There was a task: a photo frame, a photo from a not very high-quality source with the addition of a suit instead of a sweater. I am very pleased with the result of the work performed. And I was completely surprised by the huge number of services offered. A baguette workshop with a huge selection of design options and ready-made frames. Photo processing. I've always used the services of this particular organization, everything was great. But now there is no customer orientation, I asked to print 4 10*15 photos, they told me that printing would take an hour..... when I used to get more printed in 10 minutes. Then I asked to print it not on photo paper, but just on thick paper, they answered me like this: "come, we will print it on the spot, you will see the quality"… I arrived, and they printed out the photos on two A4 sheets of 2 pieces each, located in the center, which also need to be cut out… (When 4 photos fit on a4) I asked them to cut it, and they cut it for me, but they said they didn't actually cut it. Although when they order a 10*15 photo, they expect to get a 10*15 photo, and not two a4 sheets from which you also need to cut something.... I didn't want to ask for services anymore....
