We stayed at the hotel from 11/30/2025 to 12/04/2025 in a 3-bed room with toilet and shower. The room itself is in poor condition: in the toilet, the hole in the door is covered with a piece of cardboard, the water supply is intermittent, the hot water suddenly runs out and only the cold water goes. Cheap mattresses, an unpleasant smell in the room. I am writing a review because of the arrogance of the administrators. We were on a work trip and paid immediately for the 3rd day and later for the 2nd. But on the penultimate day of our business trip, our superiors called us and in the evening at 18:00 we warned the administrator that we had to leave early in the morning and asked for a refund for 1 unlived day, but we were told that there was no money now, come by 8 a.m. In the morning, we were told that the money would not be returned to us, because there was no money, the accounting department was closed and the request to refund the money by transfer was later refused, saying it was necessary to pay one day at a time. Apparently, the receptionist will put this money in her pocket. Arrogance is the second happiness.

The hotel has been in use since the Soviet Union, but the doors and beds have been changed, although the beds were changed at the very beginning of independence. The shower is covered in black mold, the toilet is leaking, and the walls are stained. Among the advantages are plastic windows and normally functioning heating.

The terrible price is 2700rubles for a room with 3 beds. Broken sockets, cold, dirty. The water is only cold. The shower is shared. The beds are not comfortable, they are small. The conditions are slightly better for 3900. But obviously not for that price. The only good thing is the friendly administration.
