Everything was good, excluding torn towels and bed linen. It was clean, but with holes. The staff is very polite, speaks excellent English. Funny window in the room in the wall in the toilet, we liked it 😂

Nice hotel, clean, spacious rooms with everything you need. Breakfast is served buffet style, with both local and familiar products. The food quality is excellent. The restaurant itself was recently reopened after renovation, but the cafe on the ground floor is still under renovation. Many reviews wrote about problems with towels/bedding and cleaning, but we did not encounter this: cleaning was regular, the bed and towels were fresh. The rooms also have good sound insulation and a beautiful view from the window. There are some art objects in the courtyard. The only disadvantage is the distance from the center (it takes an hour to get to almost any landmark), but the metro and bus stop are nearby.

Excellent hotel, excellent service. It is always clean, the air conditioner is working. Beautiful view of the mountain. There are shops nearby, there is a shop in the hotel itself and you can walk along the inner corridor to Lotte market without going outside.
