I used to be very skeptical about the Mayak chain, having visited several stores of this chain. But after visiting this particular "Lighthouse", I was pleasantly impressed. A spacious room, relatively good assortment for a store of this kind, prices are like everywhere else, there are cheaper things, a lot of CSR, which allows you not to stand in queues for a long time. The only thing that upsets baking is that it is constantly either too overexposed and looks like a slave after cotton plantations, or underexposed and resembles the face of a tobacco cashier. In general, the store is good, I recommend it, but, of course, there is something to strive for.

Магазин в целом нравится, пицца здесь отличная. Пиццемейкеры действительно молодцы, всегда приветливые, позитивные, вежливые, и хорошего дня пожелают, вызывают положительные эмоции. Но вот сервис на кассе — это просто кошмар. Кассиры ведут себя возмутительно. На КСО постоянно никого нет, все стоят и ждут. Когда она наконец соизволит подойти, то делает это с таким лицом, будто ты ей должен и мешаешь жить. Закатывает глаза, хамит, грубит, разговаривает сквозь зубы. Самое неприятное, когда нужно подтвердить возраст. Она может стоять и спокойно раскладывать сигареты, а на просьбу подойти отвечает резкое «ЖДИТЕ!» и заставляет ждать по 10 минут. При этом других сотрудников на месте тоже никогда нет. Полное отсутствие уважения к покупателям. Из-за такого отвратительного отношения к клиентам у меня и у многих знакомых уже пропадает желание сюда возвращаться. Очень надеюсь, что руководство наконец проведёт серьёзную работу с персоналом и научит их хотя бы элементарной вежливости

We opened a store a couple of months ago , before that there was a Belmarket . Nothing has changed except the placement of the product in a different way. But selling sliced watermelons is a bit annoying . It is clear that it is problematic to bring such huge watermelons, but everywhere there is information that it is impossible to cut and sell. Unclear.There are very few drawers for bags , you have to wait for them to be free , some people leave their bags nearby in the OMO. For such a huge store , you can make more boxes , otherwise standing in line at the checkout is one thing , but waiting for a cell is another .
