The guys are great and they understand perfectly well that the responsiveness of the answers is important, because besides them there are other computer scientists. There is also a rule in business that says "whoever has time has eaten" :) The master that day was a young guy, a pleasant person to talk to. He helped with my task within 1.5-2 hours, which is absolutely normal! Moreover, while he was setting up my laptop, so as not to sit and wait, I managed to walk along the entire embankment, enjoying the sunny weather, and when I returned, I received a ready-made new laptop with the installed programs that I had originally requested. Everything is fair and without any divorces like "let's install 250+ unnecessary programs for you." The level is excellent, I definitely recommend it! One laptop was additionally cleaned, the thermal paste was replaced and Windows was reinstalled - it began to work noticeably more stable and quieter. The most annoying problem was with the case: it was torn because of the battery, I thought that was it. But they ordered and installed the original case here, it turned out neatly, like a native one.
