After replacing the equipment, problems arose: the wizard could not complete the setup for a long time, and when he left, he said that the Internet would appear in 5 minutes. However, there has been no Internet access for the second day. Contacting technical support does not provide an understanding of the reasons for the lack of communication — it is not possible to obtain specific information about the problem. Initially, the recovery period was stated as 2 days, then it was increased to 7 days. It is very disappointing that after the work initiated by the provider itself, the quality of the service not only did not improve, but also led to a complete lack of Internet for a long time. In fact, the client was left without a service due to the fault of the provider, while no clear deadlines and reasons for troubleshooting are provided. I would like to see a more professional approach to carrying out work, informing clients and meeting deadlines.
