This is not a supermarket, but a complete example of how to treat customers and maintain a sales floor. There is dirt, stench, flies in the room, and a feeling of complete unsanitary conditions. The aisles are littered with boxes and goods so that it is impossible to move normally, while the shelves are half empty. Vegetables and fruits are often rotten, and there are overdue items on the shelves. The price tags are either missing or have nothing to do with the product underneath them — a constant deception and confusion for buyers. But the main horror of this place is the staff. Sellers behave defiantly, speak boorishly, indulge in rudeness, ridicule and humiliating attitude towards people. It seems that the buyer here is not a customer, but a person who is being deliberately tried to spoil the mood. I haven't seen such a disgusting service for a long time. Management should pay attention not only to the sanitary condition of the store, but also to the behavior of employees, because it is precisely because of this attitude that people will no longer want to return here.
