One of the most vivid impressions on my first trip to Kazakhstan was an authentic place with delicious traditional cuisine "Master pilaf". We came here for lunch and dinner for several days in a row. Pilaf, kordyk, kebabs, manti - I have tried all of the above and can recommend it. Pilaf is cooked twice a day in large cauldrons. Fresh pilaf after 11 and after 18 hours. There was no time to take pictures, so there are only manta rays in the photo...
