I am very disappointed with the work of the Masterok store (Printing House / Somoni district). I bought an LED strip, asked for a 12V 60W power supply, and the consultant gave it to 220V, assuring me that everything would be fine. In response to my comments, he said that "everyone lies on the Internet." It was obvious that the man simply did not understand the product. It was not possible to check on the spot, so we had to order the unit from China. When I connected it, the tape burned out. A month later, I came to the store to sort it out, but the administrator did not listen, he began to accuse that he had ruined everything himself. I checked the tape using a 20V battery (!) and assured them that it was the right thing to do. I called 2022 and they said they couldn't do anything to help. Conclusion: if you do not understand electronics, do not buy here, the consultants give incorrect recommendations, and the store is not responsible. I lost money and time.

The store is located in the very center of the city, it is open until 22.00, there is a minimum set for repairs. It works even on weekends.
