⸻ Terrible grooming salon. They returned my dog almost untouched, and what they did manage to do would have been better left undone. When I asked why the dog wasn’t properly brushed and is now shedding at home, the owner said, “We activated the shedding process.” WTF? It’s already activated. The paws were cut unevenly, a tuft of hair was left completely untrimmed, and small mats were still there. No one even cleaned the ears. After reading other reviews, I’m honestly relieved they didn’t do more, given how little care they seem to have for the animals. The whole grooming session lasted just 1 hour and 30 minutes, while my dog normally needs about 3 hours. I paid 130 GEL — more expensive than anywhere else in Tbilisi — and later they returned 30 GEL for the “unfinished paws.” Awful experience. The owner claims the grooming was done perfectly and disagrees with my feedback. Just check photos AFTER the grooming was done. Also, the salon smells really bad. I absolutely do not recommend bringing your dog there — ever. Отвратительный салон груминга. Собаку вернули почти ничего не сделав, а то, что сделали, лучше бы не делали вообще. Цитата хозяйки на мое замечание, почему вы не вычесали нормально собаку и он линяет дома - «мы активировали линьку». Лапы подстрижены криво, клок волос даже не удосужилась вырезать, колтуны как были небольшие, так и остались. Уши также никто не почистил. Почитав отзывы тут, думаю, что и слава богу, что плохо сделали, раз еще такое отношение к собакам. Весь груминг был 1 час 30 минут, хотя обычно моей собаке нужно 3 часа. Заплатила 130 лари, дороже, чем везде в Тбилиси, потом вернули мне 30 лари за «необработанные лапы». Ужас. Хозяйка пишет, что груминг замечательно сделали, с моими комметариями не согласна. Просто посмотрите фото собаки ПОСЛЕ груминга. Ну и в салоне очень плохо пахнет. Не рекомендую вообще никогда туда приводить свою собаку.

I agree with the review and don't recommend it to anyone. The previous team left this hostess, but those girls cut their hair well and we were satisfied with the results several times. Shaved the dog, didn't even wash it, rude attitude. I never recommend going there again. An impudent and rude woman, I hope that she will remain without clients.
