Today, the children ordered 5 doners at Master Food. During the meal, chicken feathers and hair were found inside the doners. After consumption, the children felt sick — vomiting and signs of poisoning began. We called the number listed in 2GIS to resolve the issue peacefully. However, the cashier responded rudely, saying that she "didn't care" and we could go anywhere. Only after a long conversation did she give the number to the receptionist Gulzat, who does not answer the phone. We ask everyone to be careful when ordering food at this establishment. We also appeal to the SES with a request to check the quality and sanitary conditions in the Master Food.
