The range of products is certainly impressive — there is a large selection, and you can find everything you need for repairs. But unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. We came from another city, where there is also a Mastak store, so we have something to compare it with. And this visit clearly did not go into the piggy bank of pleasant impressions. It was difficult to find consultants — I was looking for an employee for a long time to get help choosing a skirting board. When I finally turned to the girl, she answered rudely and reluctantly. We were offered to choose everything on our own, focusing on barcodes. When my mother pointed out that consultants should still help customers, the employee remained silent, but later he helped me choose the corners and plugs. We were served at the checkout by a woman who was also extremely unfriendly. It was felt that customer service was not a priority here. You shouldn't expect any positive feedback until you get better customer service. The store may lose not only its reputation, but also loyal customers.
