As a result, we visited the store. She's not tall, and she always has problems with trousers. Therefore, after long inspections, we chose a windbreaker. The goods were not accepted without a receipt, although they are accepted all over the world, despite the fact that there is a witness to the purchase, and the cameras, moreover, communicated boorishly, rudely, grinned, and even grabbed my hands at my attempt to photograph their store, a terribly disgusting impression was left by the service, I wrote a complaint, but I doubt it that it will be used. Don't set foot in this store again.

In a good way, I never cease to be surprised by the high level of service in Yerevan. In every cafe and store of any price category, the staff is incredibly polite and sympathetic. But Massimo Dutti's store seemed to have remained at the beginning of the two thousandth. This is the only place in Yerevan where consultants do anything to avoid helping customers. I'm giving two stars only because of the incredibly sweet consultant who works on the second floor today.
